A Videotron-certified refurbished phone is a previously used device that we’ve inspected, tested, reset, and disinfected, that has received a Perfect cosmetic grade, and that has a 1-year warranty.

Yes. With the Videotron Simplified Payment option, you can get a new mobile phone in 24 affordable, interest-free monthly payments when you choose a 24-month plan that fits your needs.

Are all Videotron Mobile plans compatible with every certified refurbished phone?

Compatible Mobile plans may vary depending on the phone chosen. For example, only plans with a minimum monthly service rate of $50 may be available with certain cell phones. Once your phone has been selected, the choice of plans offered will adjust automatically.

Videotron Simplified Payment option
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe, and maintain their subscription to a Mobile plan. Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be recorded on the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply.
